Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These terms govern your use of aicceleration.com and, in general terms, the working relationship between Aicceleration ("we," "us," "our") and clients who engage us for design, development, branding, or AI-integration work. Specific projects are governed by their individual signed agreements or proposals, which take precedence over this page where the two differ. This page covers what applies more broadly.Who we are
Aicceleration is a web design and branding agency based in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, working primarily with high-ticket service providers in aesthetics, wellness, and professional services. We deliver design direction, development, AI-integrated workflows, SEO, and automations.
Using this website
This site is provided for informational purposes, to showcase our work, and to let potential clients get in touch. You're welcome to browse, read, and reach out. Please don't scrape, copy, or reproduce the content, code, or design of this site without our written permission.
About the content on this site
Some visuals, including mockups and example images, are illustrative rather than literal screenshots of a live client site. We use them to demonstrate a design direction or capability.
Every client, case study, and result mentioned on this site reflects real work we've done, whether as the lead agency on a full project or as a contributor to a specific deliverable.
Testimonials are from real clients who have consented to appear on this site and, in most cases, to be contacted directly if you'd like to verify our work.
We take the accuracy of what's on this site seriously. If you ever want more detail or direct verification on a specific claim, ask.
Client project ownership
Once a client project is paid in full, the client owns the final website, brand assets, and deliverables produced for them. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, including on this site, unless a client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
Use of third-party and AI tools
Our work is built using a combination of custom development and third-party platforms, including AI-assisted design, writing, and automation tools. We stand behind the quality of what we deliver regardless of which tools were involved in producing it. If a client has specific requirements around tool usage or data handling for their project, that's addressed in the individual project agreement.
Payments
Payment terms, including deposits, milestones, and any recurring billing, are set out in each client's individual proposal or agreement. Once a project begins and work is underway, deposits are non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
We do our best work on every project, but we can't guarantee specific business outcomes, like traffic, conversions, or revenue, since those depend on many factors outside our control. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or this website.
Disputes
If a disagreement ever comes up, our first move is always to sit down, talk it through, and find a solution that works for both sides. That's how we handle the overwhelming majority of situations, and it's how we prefer to keep it. If a dispute genuinely cannot be resolved directly, it falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of France.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most current version.
